The first annual Kansas City Blues & Heritage Festival took place in September. Could there be a more appropriate title for the event? Hmmm, let's see...

  • The Kansas City Blues and "Find the Euphemism" Festival
  • The Kansas City Blues and "That Unspeakable J-Word" Festival
  • The Kansas City Blues and "Where's Diana Krall?" Festival
  • The Kansas City Blues and "It's Too Hot Let's Stay Home and Watch TV" Festival
  • The Kansas City Blues and "Thank Goodness That Other Pseudo Blues & Jazz Festival Didn't Happen" Festival

And as long as we're at it...
